I always go there since I have been little because I used to watch the tv too close and I complained about my eyes hurting since going there I have gotten glasses that help me out and the staff is nice and always try to make you feel welcoming there is a problem with time but it's a town they are the only close eye doctor around for people who don't have cars so yes it is packed but they help you and try to make it go as fast as possible. The exams are really through. It's a great place to check your eyes.
